Order dinner for your family every Tuesday or Thursday between 2-7 pm beginning October 5th!
Looking for something lighter? Try one of our delicious, daily-prepared homemade soups paired with a yummy panini sandwich made with our Boar's Head meats and cheeses or a fresh signature salad. Some of our favorites soups: White Bean Chili with Chicken, Southwest Tortilla, Smoky Black Bean, Beer Brat Soup, Garbanzo Bean, Chicken & Dumplings, and Seafood Bisque. Call in advance to find out what our kitchen has prepared today!
The Deli is now offering Dinner to Go! We prepare daily a variety of items you can enjoy at home. We would be happy to prepare any customized item; just give us 24-hour's notice. A sampling of some deli favorites: Stuffed Zucchini Boats, Quiche Lorraine, Chicken Pot Pie, Vegetarian Lasagna, Organic Peppers Stuffed with Couscous, Sun-dried Tomato Pesto Pasta, Soy Ginger Glazed Salmon, Pork Tenderloin with a Rosemary Mustard Rub. We also have delicious items for appetizers and entertaining! The Green Grocer, offering organic and locally produced products, is now open in the historic
Bay Centre building.

Memberships are $75 per year per family or $25 for three months. The first 100 memberships sold will be placed into a drawing to win a $100 GG gift certificate.

Italian & Spanish wine class/tasting
Join us for an exceptional wine class on Friday, February 17th from 5:30-7pm. Mac from TWC, a boutique wine import company, will be pouring Spanish & Italian red and white wines. Jonna, from the Sweet House of Madness Bakery will pair chocolates and our very own self proclaimed "cheese monger" Mel, will pair cheeses to accompany our wines. Bring a friend and call to reserve your glass, as this class will fill up quickly! A $10 reservation fee will be applied to any in store purchase that evening.
Dinner To Go
Make your life easy and order your organic, gourmet dinner to go! Dinners are available for pick up every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4- 7pm. If you would like us to prepare an entree any other day of the week, no problem, just give us a call before 2pm and as long as we have the ingredients in house we will be happy to prepare a dinner to your liking. Menus are updated weekly for several weeks at a time so you can plan accordingly. All you have to do is call and reserve your order with a credit card. Dinners can be paired with a fresh salad; a side of potatoes, rice, or pasta; or crunchy French rolls. So enjoy a delicious, healthy and affordable dinner at home with your loved ones and friends. No worries as we can prepare dinner for 1 or 20! Are you a wine drinker but not certain which wine will pair best with your dinner? Just ask for our assistance and we will be happy to make a recommendation for you.
WINE & BEER TASTING EVERY SATURDAY!!
Stop by the Green Grocer to enjoy a sampling of beer and wine between 1-4 PM every Saturday along with some great food pairing appetizers.
Catering Menu Expanded!
Customize catering is now available from the Green Grocer & Deli! We can assist with all your catering needs, please visit our catering menu on line. If you do not find items listed you are looking for call us and we will be happy to bring items in house to prepare for your specific entertaining needs. Call and ask for Kari, our Store Manager, and she will be happy to help you decide upon a menu perfect for your special occassion!
Consider Green Grocer For Your Next Fundraising Event!
Invite your organizations' members, friends & family to attend a Wine & Beer Tasting. Your organization collects and receives the tasting fee of $5-$10 per person at the door and 10% of all beer and wine sales during the 2-3 hour event.
We will provide a nice variety of boutique wines and micro-brewed beers paired with delicious samples of our gourmet cheeses, salamis, crackers, olives, spreads, seasonal fruits and veggies.
